- Once your mortgage application has been processed and a satisfactory survey report has been received, a formal mortgage offer will be issued to both you and your solicitor.
- Once you and your solicitor are happy to proceed you will be asked to sign the contract and pay your deposit.
- Your solicitor will exchange contracts and give you a completion date. Once contracts have been exchanged, you are committed to buying your new home.
